This is a pretty cool image by Raoni Nery over on CGSociety of what Buzz Lightyear would look like is he was real. A friend of mine thinks he should look more like Patrick Warburton.
The work is very similar to that done by pixeloo, (some people have said it is the same person) who has taken cartoon characters and tried to imagine what they would look like if real.
